All content on curatedsurfboards.com, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs (especially our HS Signature and Holy Grail collections) are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take pride in offering high-performance surf gear including:

  • Premium surfboards (Hypto Krypto series, Beginner Boards)
  • Technical surf apparel (BOARDSHORTS AND SWIM, BOTTOMS)
  • Surf accessories (FINS, Hardware)

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

2.2 Product Availability

Items in our “In Stock Models” section are ready to ship. Special order items from Cohort I/II or custom boards may have longer lead times.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed immediately at time of order.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4.2 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 CAD via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50 CAD via EMS): 15-25 business days

4.3 Delivery Areas

4.4 Delivery Issues

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused with original tags
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear (must have hygiene liners intact)
  • Fins (must have hygiene liners intact)
  • Custom/special order items (HS Signature, Holy Grail)

5.3 Return Process

  2. Wait for return approval (2 business days)
  3. Ship items to our Vancouver HQ (customer pays return shipping unless our error)

5.4 Refunds

Processed within 5 business days of receiving returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds go to original payment method.

  • Provide accurate account and shipping information
  • Use products as intended (surf gear is for aquatic sports)
  • Inspect products upon delivery and report damages immediately
  • Understand that surfboards require proper maintenance
