Order Processing
We get your order ready to ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our Vancouver warehouse.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:
Standard Shipping – $12.95 CAD
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (Orders over $50 CAD)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our straightforward return process:
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear (BOARDSHORTS AND SWIM) and Fins (FINS) must have original hygiene liners intact and cannot have been tried on without appropriate undergarments
- Custom or special order items from our HS Signature or Holy Grail collections
How to Return an Item

- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number
- Package Securely: Use original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship It Back: Send to our Vancouver HQ using a trackable method (return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless our error)

Refund Process
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original product
- Customer covers shipping costs both ways unless exchange is due to our error
- For higher-value exchanges, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged:
