Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (BOARDSHORTS AND SWIM) and fins (FINS) must be returned with original hygiene liners intact and cannot have been tried on without appropriate undergarments. Custom or special order items from our HS Signature or Holy Grail collections may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Vancouver headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
