What types of surf products do you offer?
We specialize in high-performance surf gear including our signature Hypto Krypto series (available in multiple configurations), Holy Grail boards, Beginner Boards, and essential accessories like FINS and Hardware. Our collection also includes premium BOARDSHORTS AND SWIM wear and CLOTHING for the complete surf lifestyle.
What makes your surfboards special?
Our boards are crafted with FutureFlex technology, combining performance and durability. The Hypto Krypto series, our best-seller, is renowned for its versatility across wave conditions. Each product begins its journey at our Vancouver workshop where we apply the same attention to detail in packaging as we do in crafting our boards.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for all orders. All prices are shown in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
While we don’t have specific bulk discounts listed, orders over $50 CAD qualify for our Free Coastal Cruiser Shipping. For large or commercial orders, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to discuss options.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
1. Express Wave Rider Service (Standard Shipping – $12.95 CAD): Delivered in 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx with full tracking.
2. Free Coastal Cruiser Shipping: Available for orders $50+ CAD, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS.
How long does order processing take?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and select remote regions. International customers should note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items at our Vancouver workshop.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
